These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Red Creek Junk Removal website and the junk removal services we provide. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.

Services

Red Creek Junk Removal provides residential and commercial junk removal, furniture and appliance hauling, mattress disposal, construction debris cleanup, and related services across Los Angeles and Ventura County. Specific services, availability, and pricing are described on our site and in your quote or booking confirmation.

Quotes & Pricing

• Online estimates are approximate based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed when our crew assesses the job on site.
• If the actual load differs significantly from your description, we'll provide a revised quote before starting any work.
• Deposits paid at checkout are applied toward your final total. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the items, location, and access (stairs, parking, gate codes, etc.).
• Ensure you have the legal right to have the items removed from the property.
• Point out any items that are NOT to be removed before work begins.
• Ensure the area is safe and accessible for our crew.

Items We Cannot Take

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, certain batteries, or items prohibited by local landfill and disposal regulations. If you're unsure whether we can take something, ask before booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel a booking by calling us. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit to cover crew scheduling costs.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a deposit was paid at booking. We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Stripe. Any remaining balance is charged after the job is finished and you've approved the work.

Limitation of Liability

Red Creek Junk Removal takes care to protect your property, but junk removal involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Website Use

• You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• All content — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Red Creek Junk Removal and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Our site may link to third-party sites we don't control; we're not responsible for their content or practices.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
